Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in any course at Digital Arts Academy, students agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Attendance

• Students are expected to attend all classes and workshops.

• A minimum attendance of 75% is required to qualify for the certificate.

2. Code of Conduct

• Respectful and professional behavior is mandatory.

• Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

3. Submission of Assignments

• Assignments must be submitted on or before the due date.

• Late submissions may incur penalties unless prior approval is obtained.

4. Grading & Assessment

• Grading will be based on assignments, projects, participation, and exams.

• A minimum score of 50% is required to pass the course.

5. Intellectual Property

• Students retain ownership of their original work.

• The Academy may use student work for promotional purposes with credit given.

6. Equipment & Software Use

• Students are responsible for proper use and care of equipment/software.

• Damage or loss may result in additional charges.

7. Withdrawal & Refund

• After admission, no refunds will be provided.

• Withdrawal requests must be made in writing.

8. Changes to Rules & Regulations

• The Academy reserves the right to modify rules, schedules, or requirements.

• Students will be informed of such changes in a timely manner.
